What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellations are accepted at least 48 hours before check-in. Bookings cancelled later may be subject to partial charges.

Small pets are welcome in certain apartments, provided we are notified in advance. Please contact us before booking.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is after 14:00 and check-out by 11:00. We can accommodate different times with advance notice.
